I’ll come out to your property and discuss the vision that you have for your landscape. This usually takes about an hour. It’s best if as many family members as possible are present, as everyone will have slightly different needs and desires for their new landscape. I charge my normal consultation fee of $50/hour for this interview unless you later decide to hire me to create a design, in which case I will waive the fee.
If you decide to ask me to draw up a design, I will send you a proposal, which you can look over prior to deciding whether or not to sign a contract. A deposit will be due upon your signing a contract with me, depending on the size of the project.
Final Design Approval
I will present the completed master design for your approval, whereupon you will be asked to make any last changes or requests before the final design is finished. If you are hiring Indigo Gardens to install the design, one half the estimated cost of the project is due at this time. If you are having another company install my design, then final payment for the design is due.
I will personally supervise the installation of your project. At the end of the process, when the project is finished to your satisfaction, final payment is due.
